By using arturillo.com or the @55 Markets iPhone app (the “service”) you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Everything the service shows is for information and education. That includes data, charts, scores, AI-written summaries, news and social posts. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. We don't know your situation. Talk to a licensed professional before investing. Investing carries risk and you can lose money.

Data comes from public sources and third-party providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We show it “as is”, with no warranty that it is accurate, complete or timely. Don't make decisions based on it alone.

You are responsible for what happens with your account. You can delete it at any time, as the Privacy policy explains.

You may use the service for personal use. You may not:

• copy the service in bulk or scrape it with bots;
• resell its data;
• do anything that overloads or breaks it.

You may share screenshots and links crediting @55 Markets.

Some text and data belong to third parties and carry their own license. For example, company descriptions from Wikipedia are CC BY-SA 4.0. We are not responsible for links to other sites.

To the extent the law allows, @55 Markets is not liable for losses or damages from using the service, from not being able to use it, or from errors in the data.

We may change the service or these terms. If a change is important, we will say so in the service and update the date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA).
