This policy explains what data arturillo.com and the @55 Markets iPhone app (together, "the service") collect, what we use it for and how you can delete it. You can use almost all of the service without creating an account.

What we collect

  • Your account, if you create one: the email, name and profile photo Google or Apple share when you sign in. If you sign up with email, we store your password hashed (never in plain text). With Apple you can hide your real email.
  • What you save: your watchlist, favorite charts, company earnings alerts and your daily summary email subscription.
  • Notifications: if you turn them on in the app, the notification identifier Apple gives your device, so we can send them.
  • Messages you send us: the text from the feedback button or the support form, your contact if you leave it, the page you wrote from and your browser type.
  • Cookies: only the necessary ones: your signed-in session and your chosen language. Some tools (for example the portfolio) keep your data only in your browser, not on our servers.
  • Visit statistics: we use Umami, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

Only to run the service: keep you signed in, store your lists and alerts, send the emails and notifications you asked for, reply to you and fix bugs. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads and we don't track you across other apps or sites.

Who else processes it

Providers we need to run the service, each with only what it needs:
  • Railway: servers and database.
  • Cloudflare: network and domain.
  • Google and Apple: sign-in; Apple also delivers notifications.
  • Resend: email delivery.
  • Umami: visit statistics.
  • An artificial intelligence provider: the questions you type into the AI search, without your account or email.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. When you delete it, your account and everything you saved are removed right away. Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle them.

Deleting your account and your rights

You can delete your account from the app, in your account settings. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID. To ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it another way, write to us from support.

Children

The service isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll say so in the service.
