Mgm Director Buys $52 Million in Stock

MGM Resorts director Keith Meister, through his firm Corvex Management, bought 1.75 million shares of $MGM for roughly $51.7 million between October 30 and November 2, according to a SEC filing. The purchases lifted the firm's stake by about 33%, to 7.09 million shares. The buying came with MGM trading near its 52-week low of $29.19, well below its 52-week high of $51.59.
