Treace Medical Revenue Slips as Losses Narrow
Treace Medical Concepts' revenue fell 4% in the third quarter of 2026, to $48.3 million from $50.2 million a year earlier, the foot and ankle surgery device maker said in its earnings release. Despite the drop in sales, profitability improved: adjusted EBITDA swung to a positive $0.3 million from a $2.6 million loss in the same period last year, and the net loss narrowed to $12.6 million from $16.3 million. The company tightened its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $206 million-$210 million, from a prior $204 million-$212 million range, still implying a decline of 1% to 3% versus 2025. $TMCI is trading top-line growth for a leaner cost structure.
