Pfizer Lifts 2026 Guidance on Strong Q3

Pfizer raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $62.0 billion to $64.0 billion, up from $60.5 billion to $62.5 billion, and lifted adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $2.95-$3.05 from $2.80-$3.00. The move came even though third-quarter revenue of $16.6 billion was roughly flat year-over-year, as declining Comirnaty and Paxlovid sales masked 7% operational growth in the rest of the business. Pfizer's $PFE launched and acquired products grew revenue 32% operationally in the quarter, the real driver behind management's confidence to raise the outlook twice in three months.
