UBER TO BUY EZCATER FOR $2.3B IN CASH

Uber ($UBER) will buy ezCater, the corporate catering marketplace, for $2.3 billion in cash, according to First Squawk. The deal would push Uber's delivery business further into business food orders, a segment it has been building through Uber Eats.
