ORACLE DIRECTOR BUYS $3.5 MILLION IN SHARES

Oracle director Stephen Rusckowski bought roughly $3.5 million worth of $ORCL shares, according to a Form 4 filed with the SEC. The purchase, executed on September 29, lifted his stake from 390 shares to 25,390 in a single trade. Oracle disclosed the filing to regulators two days later, on October 1.
