RUSSIA SAYS IT STRUCK TWO SHIPS OFF ODESA

Russia's Defense Ministry says it bombed two cargo ships carrying Ukrainian military equipment off the port of Odesa in the Black Sea. The claim comes from Moscow. Odesa is the hub for Ukraine's seaborne grain exports, so any attack on cargo traffic there puts Black Sea shipping risk, and $WEAT, back on the radar.
