TUDOR QUANT UNIT PLANS RECORD $9B SPINOUT
Xantium, the quantitative trading arm of Paul Tudor Jones's Tudor Investment Corp, is preparing to spin out as an independent fund with roughly $9 billion in assets in the first half of 2027, the Financial Times reported. That would top the $8.5 billion raised by ExodusPoint in 2018, long considered the largest hedge fund launch on record. Investors are still chasing systematic strategies nearly a decade after that benchmark was set, with capital flowing through names tracked inside $XLF.
