FBI LINKS RECORD $6.3B HACK TO NORTH KOREA

The FBI has attributed the largest crypto theft on record, the $6.3 billion drained from Binance, to North Korea's TraderTraitor group. The same unit was already linked to the $1.5 billion Bybit theft in 2025, meaning its latest heist is more than four times bigger. Binance says it has frozen roughly $3 billion of the stolen funds across the ten blockchains the attackers used, leaving about $3.3 billion still unaccounted for. $BNB holders are watching whether the exchange's pledge to cover all losses holds as recovery efforts continue.
