OPEC+ FREEZES DECEMBER OUTPUT AS BRENT TOPS $113
OPEC+ is provisionally freezing December oil output even as Brent crude trades above $113 a barrel, Reuters sources say. Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Algeria, Kazakhstan and Oman agreed in principle to keep targets unchanged, extending the pause that began at the start of 2026. The reason prices haven't forced a hike: Gulf disruptions tied to the Iran conflict already keep actual output below the group's quotas, so raising targets on paper wouldn't add real barrels to the market. $USO
