● BINANCE SETS NOV 1 FOR WITHDRAWAL RESTART
Binance plans to reopen withdrawals on November 1, three days after hackers drained $6.3 billion from its hot wallets in the largest breach ever recorded at a crypto exchange. The company says its own reserves already cover 90% of the stolen funds, and it will tap its Secure Asset Fund for Users within 24 hours to close the remaining gap, drawing on SAFU holdings, the futures insurance fund and its corporate treasury. The deployment is expected to bring SAFU back toward $1 billion. $BNB holders have had no access to withdrawals since the breach hit on October 29.
