REDDIT'S PROFIT GROWS FASTER THAN ITS REVENUE
Reddit posted third-quarter revenue of $895 million, up 53% from a year earlier, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Diluted earnings per share rose even faster, climbing 75% year-over-year to $1.40, as net income reached $283 million. Daily active users grew 12% to 130.3 million, a slower pace than revenue, showing the company is extracting more money per user rather than just adding more of them. $RDDT guided fourth-quarter revenue to $1.00 billion to $1.03 billion, which would mark its first billion-dollar quarter.
