SK HYNIX PROFIT SURGES 632% ON AI MEMORY BOOM

SK Hynix posted an operating profit of 83.3 trillion won ($62.8 billion) for the third quarter, up 632% from a year earlier and 38% from the prior quarter — a record 80% operating margin for $SKHY. The company said HBM4 chips will overtake HBM3E in shipments and revenue in the fourth quarter to become its mainstream product, and that memory demand will keep outstripping supply through 2030 as AI infrastructure spending accelerates.
