SPACEX BOND COSTS DOUBLE IN FOUR MONTHS
SpaceX is set to price a new $40 billion debt deal at rates between 7.75% and 8.3%, Semafor reported, with Apollo and Goldman Sachs arranging the financing to expand chips and data centers. That is roughly double what SpaceX paid in June, when its debut $25 billion bond sale carried coupons from 5.35% to 6.65%. The jump shows how fast AI-linked borrowing costs have risen for even a well-capitalized issuer like $SPCX.
