LILLY'S OLOMORASIB HITS 62% RESPONSE RATE

Eli Lilly's experimental KRAS inhibitor olomorasib, combined with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy, produced a 62% confirmed response rate in first-line lung cancer patients, according to data presented at the ESMO 2026 congress. A separate cohort treated with olomorasib and pembrolizumab alone, without chemotherapy, has gone a median of 20.7 months of follow-up without that response duration even being reached. $LLY says the pivotal Phase 3 readout for the same program is due in the first half of 2027.
