Walmart ($WMT) merged its Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus subscriptions into one $120-a-year membership, undercutting Amazon ($AMZN) Prime's $139 price tag. The retailer says members save nearly $100 a year versus buying the two plans separately, a pitch aimed squarely at Costco ($COST) shoppers ahead of the holidays.
