STRATEGY'S BITCOIN BUYING PACE SLOWS SHARPLY
Michael Saylor's Strategy bought just 267 bitcoin for $22.1 million over the past week, the smallest purchase of the cycle and a rounding error next to the $64 billion stash the company already holds. The firm paid an average of $82,900 per coin, above the $75,446 average cost basis across its full 848,517 BTC position. The buy was funded almost entirely by selling MSTR stock rather than cash. $MSTR's bitcoin buying spree, once measured in hundreds of millions a week, has slowed to a trickle.
