COREWEAVE BONDS PRICE LIKE DISTRESSED DEBT
CoreWeave's bonds, sold to fund its AI data centers, are trading like debt nobody wants. The company's 2032 notes now yield almost 14.8% and briefly touched 15%, with $CRWV debt changing hands below 80 cents on the dollar. Oracle's 2032 bonds, backing a similar AI buildout, yield just 7.24%. CoreWeave shares fell 16% the same day, dragging Oracle, Nebius and Dell lower on fears that AI capital spending is outrunning balance sheets.
