ASML EYES CAPACITY BEYOND PLANNED 30% BOOST
ASML expects fourth-quarter net sales between €14.2 billion and €15.2 billion, up sharply from €11.7 billion in the third quarter, the Dutch lithography-equipment maker said in its earnings release. The company is now studying how to expand 2028 production capacity beyond the 30% increase it had already announced, pointing to customers seeking orders further out as AI-related chip investment keeps climbing. $ASML remains the sole supplier of the extreme ultraviolet machines that make advanced chips possible, giving it unusual pricing power as demand outruns its own prior plans.
