Zealand Pharma ($ZLDPF) and Roche's amylin drug petrelintide cut body weight by up to 9.2% over 28 weeks in diabetic patients, versus just 2.0% on placebo, per Phase 2 ZUPREME-2 topline data. Blood sugar control improved in the same treatment arms, the company said. The partners are skipping straight to a Phase 3 program enrolling roughly 7,000 participants across three new trials.
