TRUMP TO ANNOUNCE TRUMP ACCOUNTS AUTO-ENROLLMENT AT 1 PM ET

President Trump will announce automatic enrollment for Trump Accounts today at 1 PM ET, a White House official said; the official schedule lists a 1 PM announcement before he travels to San Antonio. The Treasury already said on October 1 that it had finished the automatic enrollment: more than 60 million eligible children under 18 with a Social Security number now have an account waiting to be claimed. Children born from 2025 through 2028 get a $1,000 seed deposit once a parent claims the account in the official app.
