The Kansas City Fed's labor market conditions indicators show the level of activity eased to 0.22 in September from 0.31 in August, while momentum was little changed at 0.19 from 0.20. Both readings remain positive, meaning job market conditions are still above their long-run average. The indicators combine 24 labor market variables.
