$BTC fell from about $85,340 to $83,577 between 9:45 and 10:05 p.m. ET, a drop of roughly $1,760 or 2%, according to OKX price data. The selloff came in two sharp candles, a sign of forced selling by leveraged traders. Bitcoin was trading near $83,945 after the drop.
