GOOGLE SIGNS 20-YEAR NUCLEAR DEAL WITH CONSTELLATION
Google signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Constellation Energy for 890 megawatts of nuclear capacity on the PJM grid, the largest US power market. The news sent $CEG up 12% in morning trading, with rivals Vistra up 8% and Talen Energy up 7% as investors bet AI data centers will keep bidding up nuclear output. Big tech is now locking in two decades of baseload power instead of waiting for new plants to get built.
