GOOGLE SIGNS $4.3 BILLION NUCLEAR POWER DEAL

Google ($GOOGL) signed a 20-year agreement with Constellation Energy ($CEG) that funds $4.3 billion in nuclear uprates across 11 reactors in Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, adding 890 megawatts of new capacity to the PJM grid. A second, 15-year supply contract pushes Google's total long-term power commitment to 3,590 megawatts. Constellation will also run on Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise under a five-year technology alliance.
